Thank you to everyone supporting us this year! Our sausage products have been the cornerstone of our success. We now offer processing and sausage products in 1 location. (5,000 sq ft). The same building Jeff has made sausage for many years. ** We are no longer affiliated with Bakken’s **

We are now located on the WEST side of Highway 65 and County Road 3 . ( directly across from Bakken’s- ) Look for our signage !

He'll fire up the smokehouses starting Tuesday, October 20th - the Tuesday after Youth Hunt.

Perfect timing to have your sausage ready for November deer season.

If you want to get in on the first batch, call to set up a drop off appointment. You can also come to the shop and use our 24 /7 drop off service. Call when you arrive.

We're doing a $100 ( cash) drawing for the upcoming youth hunt!

Who's eligible?
Anyone who is eligible for youth hunting.

How to enter:

✅ If you brought in a deer during bow season as a youth - your name is already in the drawing!

✅ Bring in another deer during youth hunt and get your name added AGAIN!

It's our way of supporting our youth hunters and getting the next generation out in the woods!

Winner drawn on the Tuesday:
October 20,2026 after youth hunt!

We are having a separate drawing for adults during r***e season! ( $500) cash! Details coming soon 💵

Get one early or late?
Call when you arrive, we will open the large “garage door “remotely, back in and follow directions on cart.

I have provided great sausage products to our customers for 35+ years.

I added on to my business and now have 5000 sq feet to offer both processing and sausage for your big game. I separated from Bakken's this summer, with a different vision for my customers. They will no longer carry my sausage products.

Process your own deer ? Great ! You can bring your trim to us for sausage products. Stop in for free food safe bags for you trim.
