IF YOU STILL HAVE TRIM and WANT SAUSAGE …….. We are nearing the end of January and would like to inform you that we will be accepting trim until January 31, 2026.

Jeff will subsequently process the final batch of sausage during the first week of February.

To arrange a drop-off appointment, please contact Jeff at 763-742-4263. He will be happy to provide answers to any questions you may have.

Reminder Johnson’s Big Sausage is on the WEST side of highway 65. We have signage out in front of the building.
