We now offer 24/7 SECURE DROP-OFF for your big game!

How it works:
1. Call us when you arrive: ( Jeff) 763-742-4263 or 763-353-5201

2. We will open the garage door remotely for you.

3. Back your vehicle in - safe, secure, and out of the weather.

4. We have step by step instructions on the cart. We are available for any questions 24/7. There will be tags to attach to your animal with your name and number.

5. We will follow up with you the next day for your cutting instructions.

We offer security for you and your animal. Simple, safe, and easy - any time, day or night .

A Message to Our Customers Regarding Our Move from Bakken's:

We know there has been incorrect information regarding our split from Bakken's, so we want to be clear.

Terry Bakken owned the location and Jeff Johnson owned the equipment. Both parties signed a legal document stating this. As with any business, we had separate visions for the future and have parted ways.

Johnson's Big Game Processing and Sausage has moved - directly across Hwy 65.
New Location: SW corner of Hwy 65 and Cty Road 3.
2998-389th Ave NE Stanchfield MN

We added on to our sausage processing building and now offer both full deer/ big game processing and our full line of sausage products . Your deer will NOT be turned away . Our new location has 5000 sq feet. The new facility was built with food sanitation as a top priority. We will continue to offer quick turnaround. You will recognize a majority of our team, including our experienced meat cutters.

Prefer to cut your own deer? GREAT!

Stop by and pick up FREE food-safe bags for your trim to be made into our sausage products.

We are available 24/7 for Bear & Deer drop off .

Call Jeff 763-742-4263 - 30 minutes prior for our instructions.

We have ADDED ON to our sausage kitchen and added 2000 sq feet for processing your big game ! Our facility is beautiful. We are State Inspected and licensed.

We will continue making our sausage products, especially our famous Hot Dogs .

We are in the SW Corner of County Road 3 and Hwy 65.

We're still taking your trim!

Quick requirement: Please bring it in a food-safe container. Food-grade buckets, or turkey bags inside a tote and freezer bags all work great.
* We always have Large food safe bags available for free . If you are processing your own game , stop and see us for bags to bring your trim into us . *

We cannot accept material in black trash bags or shopping bags.
Thanks for helping us keep everything clean and compliant.

IT'S HERE! Bear Opener is September 1st!

Johnson's Big Game Processing And Sausage is ready! We are now accepting bear and deer for processing 24/7 at our NEW facility!

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

We are no longer affiliated with Bakken's. (More details coming soon.)

Our NEW LOCATION is on the WEST side of Hwy 65, directly across from our previous location. Previously known as our sausage kitchen. New address is

Jeff will continue to make all the great products you have come to love. We are the ONLY place to get all of our sausage products, including our famous hot dogs! We are licensed and State Inspected……. Your Game, Processed Right.
