25 years later, we remember.
On September 11, 2001, 2,977 lives were taken in a matter of hours. Today, we remember every one of them — those at the World Trade Center, those at the Pentagon, and the passengers and crew of Flight 93 who never made it home.
Here in the Laurel Highlands, that day carries a closeness that is difficult to put into words. The final resting place of Flight 93 is part of our own Pennsylvania landscape, just down the road from the communities we call home.
Different places. Thousands of individual lives. Families forever changed. A nation that will always remember.

Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
25 years later, their memory remains.
