🍺 Great Heart is giving you both sides of Oktoberfest.

Its traditional 5.9% Märzen releases today, after being brewed in March and lagered for six months.

Then comes the modern counterpart: a 5.0% Festbier, releasing Sept. 19 during Great Heart’s Oktoberfest.

So, which are you reaching for first: Märzen or Festbier? 🇩🇪

🍺 **DO YOU REMEMBER YOUR FIRST CRAFT B**R?**

Not your favorite b**r.

Not the best b**r you've ever had.

The **first one** that made you realize b**r could be something different.

If memory serves, mine was a Schlafly B**r's Pale Ale at Tom’s Bar & Grill in the Central West End.

For a young St. Louis guy raised in a world of Bud, Busch and Natural, ordering something called a “Pale Ale” felt considerably more adventurous than it probably sounds today.

Turns out, I wasn't alone.

Over the years, Schlafly has heard from plenty of St. Louis b**r drinkers who say that familiar orange Pale Ale was their introduction to craft b**r.

So tonight, I'm curious:

🍻 **What was YOUR first craft b**r?**

Bonus points if you remember **where you drank it.**

I have a feeling we're about to name a lot of long-gone St. Louis bars and b**rs.

🍺 Sometimes you don’t need a story. You just need to stop by and have a b**r.

Six Mile Bridge B**r celebrated its 11th anniversary this weekend, so I made my way to Maryland Heights to raise a glass.

Ryan and Lindsay Sherring have now spent more than a decade building Six Mile Bridge. And in the craft b**r world of 2026, that feels particularly worth celebrating.

Thanks for the b**r, Ryan and Lindsay.

Here’s to what comes next. 🍻

What’s your go-to Six Mile Bridge b**r?
