Many MANY of my close friends are small business owners. Most never get the appreciation and recognition they so deserve. While most are fighting every day for quality employees that genuinely care, controlling a roller coaster of never ending rise in cost of goods and labor, utilities, repairs and maintenance. It’s not uncommon for a daily/weekly maintenance occurrence that absorbs any profits. These times and challenges are tougher than ever. Raising prices to match the challenges is always met with great resistance, so everyone makes every sacrifice possible to keep the doors open, bills paid, customers and staff happy.
Please PLEASE support your local businesses, never assume it’s easy or raking in the cash.
It’s very hard work, and the biggest reward is satisfied and appreciative customers that respect the facilities and understand all the moving parts it takes. It’s easy to close doors, it’s hard hard work keeping them open. Enjoy, Embrace and Support ❤️❤️
