A new chapter begins for Chef Natasha Kwan. 👩‍🍳🏆

This October, Natasha will take the culinary stage at the World Food Championships in Indianapolis, joining chefs from across the globe in a celebration of skill, creativity, and culinary excellence.

Competing in the Vegetarian category, Natasha will bring her experience, passion, and distinctive approach to the challenge as she takes on Round One and works toward the title of World Food Champion.

We’ll be sharing more of her journey in the weeks ahead, including the signature dish she’ll be preparing for her first round.

Huevos Divorciados 🍳💔

Known in English as “Divorced Eggs,” this classic Mexican dish has a fun story behind its name!

Two eggs, two salsas. One with our red salsa and the other with our green salsa. They’re kept apart on the plate, just like a couple going through a divorce. 😂🌶️

The funny part? They may be divorced, but they still have to share the same plate! 🇲🇽❤️

And yes, we have a vegan version made with vegan eggs too! 🌱🍳
