The story of Absolutely Perfect Sauce & Seasoning started over 30 years ago in St. When Ken Mellow purchased his first kettle grill, the journey to creating these award winning flavors started. Ken wanted to create BBQ flavors that compliment traditional BBQ while also being exciting and innovative. After years of perfecting recipes in the backyard, Absolutely Perfect Sauce & Seasoning debuted on

the BBQ competition circuit in 2006. To date, these Sauces & Seasonings have won awards at the biggest events in barbecue, both locally and on the national level. It is with great pleasure that we are able to offer our family's secret award winning flavors to you. As we continue to develop new products, we draw on the foundation that Ken laid while looking for ways to raise the bar to new levels.
