We’re hiring for Pour Decisions STL

Looking to get more experience behind the bar? This one’s for you.

We’re bringing on part-time bartenders who may not have a deep craft cocktail background yet but are eager to learn, grow, and get better with every shift.

We’ve got events booked almost every weekend through December (hello, festival season) so we need people who are ready to jump in, can move quickly yet efficiently behind the bar, stay flexible, and keep the energy up.

What we’re looking for:
• Friendly, approachable, and great with people
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Reliable and ready for mostly outdoor weekend work
• Able to lift 25+ lbs (trailers, setups, breakdowns. We do it all)

If you want hands-on experience and a fast-moving environment we’d love to have you.
