The comp will start at 4 PM on Friday, February 6th, 2026 and finish in the afternoon of Saturday, February 7th!! Scaled/Masters(35+) Scaled Divisions: Lighter weights and scaled gymnastics/bodyweight movements (Ring Rows and/or jumping pull-ups instead of Pull-ups. Hand-Release Push-ups and/or Seated DB Press instead of Handstand Push-ups. Single Unders and/or Plate Hops instead of Double Unders.
Box Step-ups will be permitted if Box Jumps are in the workout. Intermediate/Masters(35+) Intermediate Divisions: Lighter weights and more skilled gymnastics/bodyweight movements (Bar Muscle-ups, CTB Pull-ups, Handstand Push-ups, etc.) Rx/Masters(35+) Rx Divisions: Heavier weights and more skilled gymnastics movements
As always with the Midwest Meltdown, if it is a more challenging movement that not all competitors may be able to complete, you may split the work up however you'd like between your teammates.
