I have just ordered a AM/FM cassette/ CD system for the Joint. Much like a boom box with detachable speakers. Couple that with the 80s DVD selection, and it’s safe to say we may be resurrecting the parties!!!!

Those who have been to the Joint know how I operate. You bring a bottle for donation or put some spare change in the traffic light and that, in turn, opens the bar up for your enjoyment.

Recently, most of the money was stolen from my traffic light with the exception of $6.66 in assorted change. All of the paper currency was taken, all of the quarters (though I know Angel took some to vacuum her Uber which was fine), gone. All in all, somewhere in the ball park of probably $20-30. Also, some rare, special coins that my now deceased step father gave me when I was a kid and as an adult were also stolen. (These are irreplaceable) It’s not the amount taken of the standard money, but the fact that someone I allow in our house took it. To me, that makes you a piece of s**t.

With that said, my brothers and sisters who wish to empty their spare change at the joint will let me know so I can get the container for change out of its now LOCKED location.
