Fine Dining Server/Bartender Job Overview

C’est La Vie is seeking an experienced Fine Dining Server to become an integral part of our team at our esteemed Sunshine/Glenstone location.

As a Fine Dining Server, you’ll use your expertise to provide impeccable service. Your attention to detail will ensure that every aspect of service, from seating guests to presenting menus, is executed professionally.

If you’re enthusiastic about providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences, C’est La Vie provides a great opportunity for you to showcase your skills and gain valuable experience.

-Salary: Varies based on experience and quality of work. Ranging from $8.00-$15.00 per hour, plus tips.
-Schedule: Full-time and Part-Time positions available

Fine Dining Server Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet guests upon arrival and es**rt them to their tables
• Present menus with detailed knowledge of the cuisine and beverage offerings
• Take accurate orders from guests, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted and accommodated
• Serve dishes with precision and timing
• Anticipate guests’ needs throughout the meal, offering refills, additional condiments or assistance as required
• Maintain a polished appearance and attentive demeanor at all times
Fine Dining Server/Cocktail Experience Requirements & Skills
• Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments
• Proficiency in wine service, including knowledge of varietals, regions and proper presentation techniques
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurately processing orders
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
