Luminary Kitchen & Provisions is the result of its successful predecessor American Harvest, 2 impassioned chefs Jordan & Aurora Coffey, and an outpouring of support from the Springfield dining community. Located at 3121 Hedley Dr in Springfield IL, Luminary will bring its warm dining environment, expanse of house made goods, and unique dining opportunities to Springfield's west side. With an incredibly talented staff keeping a keen attention to detail and relentless drive to always do better, they are excited to share decades worth of experience with their guests. Luminary will be home to Springfield's most impressive in house charcuterie program, an in house butcher shop, a provisions counter full of local goods, a carefully crafted cocktail and wine list, upscale catering & boxed lunches, and an always evolving menu that embraces the beauty of locality and seasonality. Time to be the hero of the holidays!

Let Luminary do the cooking and all you do is heat and serve! You can even put it on fancy china and hide the luminary packaging and reallllllllllllllllly impress!

We are offering heat & eat carryout dinner packages for pick up on Wednesday, November 25th before 430pm and 6pm! Eat it Wednesday evening while the Turkey is in the oven or enjoy it on Thanksgiving and give yourself a break this year!

Do you know that Luminary does FULL-SERVICE catering!?!

We are looking to expand our reach throughout central Illinois! Please help us spread the word to your family, friends, and area businesses! We have done everything from weddings, baby showers, boxed lunches, office/corporate buffets, high profile car releases, political dinners, religious ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, post wedding brunches, sporting events, community fundraisers, in home dinners, and more!

We do operate much differently than the typical catering company as we do not have a brochure with a list of foods you have to choose from. We have found that no two events are looking for the same thing. No two events have the same budget but that doesn't mean that both events shouldn't feel totally seen, heard, and catered to! We have the opportunity to combine our restaurant chefs & service staff to the catering aspect of every event, creating a full-service harmonious get-together. When you send in your inquiry for catering Chef Jordan will reach out and set up time to go over every detail so that your event is 100% YOU!

We have a great rapport with local event spaces and have been very lucky to work with many area rental companies so that we can build an entire package to your specifications.

Whether it is at your place or ours, we look forward to hosting and catering your next event!

The salad can be the star of the show!

Shaved Brussels, bacon lardon, dates, marcona almonds, whipped goat cheese, garlic bread crumbs, and a hot bacon mustard vinaigrette.

When the chefs put that much thought into a salad, you know the rest of the meal is gonna be good. We think about texture, complimentary flavors, seasonality, and balance EVERY TIME we put a dish on the menu.
