The weekend starts on Thursday at Mystic Picnic and our new rotating “WEEKEND FEATURE MENU” starts tonight!!

We’re kicking this off with a few favorites from the past:

Kale Caesar- your new favorite salad.
Bone Marrow- two words…meat butter.
Mystic Italiano- this and a glass of red is actual perfection.

We will still offer our regular menu items as well, but wanted to give you some new options because we love u and we want you to eat!!

Originally from Chicago, Ashley calls Springfield home now and we’re so happy to have her join our lil’ team. She’s super friendly, but knows how to make a mean drink…so come by tonight. She wants to meet ya!

ITS ADAMS BIRTHDAY TODAY, SHOW HIM SOME LOVE RIGHT NOW! Our favorite ghost who haunts Mystic is the mind behind the design, aesthetic, and food at the bar so if you love the atmosphere and enjoy our food here then you LOVE Adam!

Mystic has been a 1 man team for over a year now but Adam jumps in to help as much as he can (even after working a day job)…. while also putting up with me (Zach) every damn day!!

Dettling 1867 Single Barrel Cask Strength Bourbon is on the shelf! Now, what the hell is a DETTLING??

Dettling was founded in 1867 by Franz-Xaver Dettling in Brunnen, Switzerland. For over 150 years the DETTLING distillery remained in operation at the original location producing the most awarded Kirsch in the world. Big Escambia Spirits licensed the DETTLING 1867 trademark for whiskey, starting a new chapter in a storied family brand.

With all of their Straight Bourbon Whiskeys a majority of the grains are grown in Alabama.

The Single Barrel Cask Strength is aged 4-8 years in new American Oak #3 & #4 char barrels, these barrels are hand picked by Seth Dettling. The extreme dark color and richness of the whiskey shows the potential for bourbon aged in the Alabama climate. Think Luxardo cherry on the nose and a cacao coffee palate.
Very cool and very small production!
