Doing Wilmoth Ranch steaks sous vide and pan seared per usual. But we’re serving these over a roasted bone marrow bordelaise, along side ricotta and roasted garlic whipped potatoes, and charred broccolini!

Just made one for the staff and it might be the best dish we’ve ever made!

The dish has changed but the prices haven’t!

16 oz Strips $39
20 oz Ribeyes $45

100% USDA Prime and you can’t get a better meal for a better price!
