The brewery life really is full of mundane and tedious days.
Today, however, was not one of them!
We did a little nail pulling and tried a few of our upcoming sours to see how they are coming along.

The day has finally come!
No, not us drinking this early, that happens all the time.

Our newest collab with TT's Old Iron Brewery , Thiol-High Club, is a West Coast IPA that's built a bit different. We used a special thiolized yeast, which allows for less hop usage, but still has a ton of hop character and insane aromatics.
Huge aromatic notes of Sauv Blanc, melon, peach, and a bunch of other awesome tropical notes.
Just get on in here and try it. Trust us.
