James has shoulder surgery and I need to get the floors done. North Hill on Garland (NHG) has reopened since closing in 2019 under new ownership. The new owner, David Hayes co-owned the Alloro Wine Bar and Restaurant in Bandon Oregon until moving back to Spokane. A local boy coming home, David is a hands-on owner, loves to meet his guest and always has a smile. He has updated the inside and added

additional tables both upstairs as well as the downstairs patio. All new vibe! A new and evolving menu with the addition of a great wine list will complement the craft cocktails of this Garland District landmark. We have this amazing white wine on tap at North Hill on Garland Restaurant & Bar. It’s always fresh, chilled to perfection and is 100% sustainable because we get it from The Walls in a keg. If you like white or want to stretch you wine palette give this a try.

50% Grenache Blanc | 25% Viognier |17% Roussanne |4% Marsanne | 2% Picpoul | 2% Clairette Blanche
This wine is extremely aromatic with a great mouthfeel, loads of freshness, energy with a great combination of weightlessness, texture and length.
With Grenache Blanc behind the wheel, this classic Southern Rhone-inspired white blend, with its luscious texture and fresh acidity make it quite possibly the most perfect glass. Whiffs of apricot and honeysuckle transform, revealing an underbelly of ripe pear and apple.

They have a great glass pour list from The Walls, TruthTeller Winery Walla Walla, and Ca'del Baio there is a wine to entice and please your palate.
