Char-grilled coulotte steak on a toasted hoagie roll with fried onions and house-made remoulade. Served with your choice of side.

Salami sautéed with onions, garlic, capers, and chili flakes, tossed with cavatappi in a rich tomato and roasted red pepper sauce. Finished with parmesan and fresh parsley.
