Well, my last burger brain child. Sorry folks, but this is my final cut off the board for something truly unique and Boomers to share with you all.

The star is a date/pineapple/oyster/saco de vhelo reduction drizzled over julienned Anaheim chilis, bacon, green leaf, cream cheese, and the most perfect, hand-pressed 8oz Angus chuck patty to ever hold residence in the inland northwest! One last time, people. Now until the end (Saturday).

Our festive twist on a fried chicken sandwich includes a Boomers original thick, ginger-apricot jam with some warm winter spice notes and a subtle chili infusion for the perfectly well rounded holiday crunch! We accompanied all that flavor with fresh amaranth greens, bacon, pepper jack, tomato, and just a pinch of cilantro and onion.

We're paying homage to this classic Cuban cuisine with our Boomers style fusion and creativity. We took shredded beef and stewed it with yummy Cuban style herbs and spices plus a few diced green olives to make an authentic Ropa Vieja, and slapped it on our amazing hand pressed Angus patty. Next, we sliced crunchy and slightly sweet jicama to stack on it with melty Swiss and a house made Mojo-aioli. Once again, our creative kitchen has crafted a level of cleverness you just can't come across anywhere else.

Come out and savor evey last juicy bite of Boomers before the end! 🤴 🍔

Fan favorite revival! 50/50 Chorizo/Angus patty, stuffed with cotija cheese, topped with chopped radish, cabbage, onion, and cilantro. Finally, we drizzle a chili peach tequila reduction for that perfect, mild zing to balance the rich Mexican flavors.

This burger boasts our totally original HATCH CHILI BACON JAM atop gooey GORGONZOLA melting on the best BEEF in town, sizzled to perfection on our grill. Then we finish it with light, peppery arugula, mayo and stoneground mustard.

Ingredients are LIMITED. FRIDAY & SATURDAY ONLY.

This burger is simply named Kyoto.

I brought back with me from my travels a very rare smoked green tea called Kyobancha. Powderized and set into the patty overnight, it steeped it's smokey flavoring into the beef with hints of rich, earthy green tea.

For a bright acidic contrast, we picked a vegetable medley of daikon, elephant garlic, jalapeño, and turmeric to be tied together by crisp, green leaf lettuce.

Then, to bring the umami notes full circle all in the course of a bite, we top the infused patty with slices of grilled pork belly, and a scratch made plum-miso sauce.

It's not often we go all out like this, so make space in your weekend schedule to experience the joy of this divinely unique flavor bomb!

*The Godfather* is BACK! Try it if you missed out last spring.

We found some garlic bread-cheese curds, deep fried em and stacked them on our 1/2 lb Angus patty. Then we made a Tuscan aioli, and added salami, shredded lettuce, pepperoncinis, and tomato. What a perfect end to your stressful week! 🍔😋
