And that’s a wrap on our first weekend!

Spirit Lake, you showed up for us and we felt every bit of it. From early morning coffee to hanging on the patio, you made this place come alive!!!

We are excited to head into next week with more than one day of prep and the chance to really show you what we can do. The ideas are flowing, the energy is high, and we are ready to keep leveling up.

Thank you for the support, the patience, the smiles, and the full tables.

We are just getting started.

Chicken and ribs are on the menu today, but quantities are LIMITED!

Starting at noon! Once they’re gone, they’re gone, so don’t wait until supper time to make your plans. Grab your favorite meal while supplies last and enjoy a day at the lake with us.

Spirit Lake you all are amazing!!!! In under 2 hours you all have purchased over 160 lbs of chicken. We are blown away and are down to the last 7 hole birds!!!!! we cannot express how grateful we are!!!!!

It’s here! It’s FINALLY here! The coffee is brewing and the bacon is frying! We are serving up breakfast burritos and sandwiches! Due to only being able to function in the kitchen for one day, we won’t have any bakery goods until next week. We are so excited to finally see you all! ☕️ 🥓

OPENING SATURDAY 5/30!!!!

I have been cautiously optimistic all day….didn’t want to jinx myself…. But we are absolutely doing this! The city gave us the all clear yesterday at 5 PM and we are officially good to go.

Tomorrow May 30 we’re back at it coffee and breakfast from 7 AM to noon and dinner from 4 to 9. Remember we have the patio bar and it will be open from 4 to 9:30.

Sunday 7AM to 9 PM. I will be frying chicken starting at noon. (We will be expanding our offerings and hours a bit more once we get a couple of weeks under our belts!)

After the week we’ve had, we’re calling for a community‑wide good luck dance. Hula, line, polka, interpretive freestyle whatever keeps the universe on our side!

The construction crew at the intersection has hit a gas line and we now have six Black Hills trucks in our parking lot. I promise I am not creative enough to make this up.

If anyone has some sage I can have, now feels like the moment. Maybe a whole bundle. Maybe a pallet…

PLOT TWIST! Boil Advisory!!! 🙃

As of right now, we are without water. Once it is restored we will be under a boil advisory for the next 48 hours so.

Our Thursday opening is currently touch and go.

We’ll reopen the moment the water stops acting up and gets the official all‑clear. Your safety is our number 1 priority!

Thanks for hanging in there with us while the universe keeps things spicy!

Yesterday threw us a curveball at the restaurant, and we’ve been working nonstop to get everything back on track. Unfortunately, because it’s a holiday weekend, we were just informed that technicians cannot come out until Tuesday.

That means we won’t be able to reopen until Thursday, 5/28, and we are incredibly disappointed to have to push things back.

Thank you for your patience, your support, and every kind word you’ve sent our way. We’ll keep you updated as we get things resolved and look forward to seeing you soon.

Whew! What a “soft” open!

Website crashed, POS crashed, fryer down, warmer down. 😂

We will be taking all of tomorrow to regroup and get the website and POS back up and running. We will be hoping to be back at it, Saturday, with the patio open as well!
