Well I have to share one of my new favorite appetizer. Pork belly brut ends, I have made these 4 or 5 times now and every time they get better. Now that I am a Tabasco Dealer that’s right Tabasco I found that the Tabasco barbecue sauce is the bomb for this appetizer.

Well if any of you out there have been following Green Mountain lately you already know about the latest addition of the prime grill. I myself can’t wait to try one of these bad boys out and my day has finally come I just received my first order of the prime grill can’t wait to get one put together.

Now for the best news of the 2019 season. All of the Green Mountain Grills prices have dropped that is unheard of in today’s world. Thanks to all of the GMG customers out there Greenmountain company is getting bigger and bigger so they can buy material cheaper and the best thing of all is they pass that on to you.

I have a little news to pass along to all my customers. I will be changing my brand of pellets I went with a company called Smoke Ring I hear great things about them and I wanted my customer to have the best. I have friends in the competition world that have been using them for some time with great results. I could bore you with a lot of details about them but the biggest ones are no fillers add, Low ash, little cheaper to use, and 12 available flavors. I have brought in the Oak/Hickory/cherry Blend. A 20lb bag with tax is going be $11. If there is a special flavor that you would like just let me know and on my next order I can order those for you.
