On Saturday we made a fresh batch of our delicious Sugo. Sugo is Italian for sauce and ours is made perfect to adorn pasta, and meatballs, or a roasted chicken breast or mixed with your favorite ground meat and then topped with fresh grated parmigiano reggiano.
