We have wine barrels and puncheons available now. Puncheons are basically big wine barrels. Around 130 gallons one can hold.

We made this beer over a year ago with Mississippi Culture Oak Fermented Ales

We brewed it in the winter time and let it sit over night on our patio, inoculating it natually with whatever yeast were in the air. Then we let it ferment and age for over a year in a chambourcin barrel.

Joint Cellebration is available in bottles and draft. Come enjoy one.
