Prost to the last two Fridays spent at Von Bismarck with my Octoberfest crew, where I’ve been living my best schnitzel-fueled life! 🇩🇪 Their German beers hit harder than a polka band on Red Bull, and the food? Let’s just say my stomach’s now fluent in bratwurst and pretzels. 😋 From sauerkraut that slaps to strudels sweeter than my dance moves after a few lagers, this place is legit. Is there somewhere better in Reno to spend Oktoberfest than enjoying Von Bismarck’s edible delicacies making every Friday a wurst-case scenario of pure joy? 🍺🥨

The proper (Irish) way to order an Irish car bomb
1. Order a pint of Guinness, shot of Jameson and shot of Baileys
2. Drink shot of Jameson down to 3/4 oz
3. Drink Baileys down to 1/2 ounce
4. Drink half the pint
5. Put Jameson in the pint glass with beer
6. Drop the baileys shot in the beer glass
7. Chug contents of pint glass
8. Repeat
9. Enjoy your St. Paddy’s Day meal

Northern nevada is beautiful in the winter, and it keeps the beer cold but sometimes cold brews are best enjoyed by the beach in 80 degree weather
