Pan Seared Halibut topped with a mixed herb in pan butter sauce. Served atop Roasted butter nut squash, and rosemary red potatoes.
Seared Sea Scallops topped with a pistachio mint pesto. Lemon grass balsamic Micro greens and roasted beets puree'.
Brussels sprouts in a apple cider vinegar reduction, peppered bacon, apple slices and blue cheese crumble.
Seafood Lovers Trio. Giant prawns seared in Tarragon butter, accompanied with maryland crab in Old Bay buerre blanc, centered sea scallop stuffed with bacon with a roasted red pepper puree'.
Traditional Maryland Crab cakes served on saltine crackers, w/ Sea salted Beefsteak tomatoes iceberg lettuce, lemon wedges and Tobasco.
Mushroom duxel Brandy Cream Soup, served with baked parmesan crisp.
Charcuterie Board w/ meats, cheeses, toasted garlic baguette points, signature olives, Roasted Red pepper hummus, and basil feta dipping sauces.
Rosemary Pork Medallions. Served with a whiskey shallot, pepper cream sauce. Over flavored lemongrass roasted Roma tomatoes.
Salmon. Pan seared in a Meyer lemon, fresh oregano, butter, wine sauce. Topped with a caper, chive, and creme fresh dollop. With braised asparagus with dried cherries over pear pilaf rice.
New Zealand Rack of lamb. Seared then baked with italian parsley, garlic, lemon. Finished with Napoleon balsamic reduction, and Olive almond Tapenade. w/ roasted garlic mashers.
Porterhouse Steak stuffed with Roasted garlic, Seared and finished with mirepoix thyme essence. Accompanied with truffle salt fried yukon rounds.And Honey butter baby carrots.
Blueberry and raspberry muddled Mojitos
Buffalo meatballs, with spicy Italian sausage roasted garlic, and shallot. Accompanied With a roasted tomato puree. and shaved parmesan and fresh rosemary.
Lemon rosemary creamy Fettuccine, with seared chunks of chicken, Roasted shallots, baby bella mushrooms, yellow peppers, and Center cut Pepper bacon..
Dragon Fruit Pinot Sangria. With lemon, lime, and clementine oranges.
Buttermilk Fried Chicken breast, with a puree' of sweet potatoes, Corn on the cob rounds, and homestyle mushroom gravy.
