Happy World Mental Health Day!
If you or a loved one have struggled with mental health issues, you are not alone. Many adults suffer silently with depression, grief, self-doubt and all the things that make us feel bad.

This is just a reminder that you are awesome! Your efforts matter and your heart is beating strong. You are loved. In fact, your ukulele would love to play a song with you right now.

If you suspect someone is having a hard time, pick up the phone. You could bring a ray of sunshine to their stormy day with a simple hello.
