As Grayze celebrates six months, it’s hard not to reflect on the whirlwind of opening a new business—the challenges, the stress, the uncertainty, and more than a few moments of questioning everything (including my own sanity 🤪).
But then I read a review like this one, and I’m reminded exactly why I started this venture in the first place.
I’m incredibly grateful for the strangers who have become 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀, the customers who have become 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀, and the staff who have become 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆.
To everyone who has walked through Grayze’s doors since February—whether it’s been once or you’ve become a familiar face—thank you. Thank you for showing up, cheering us on, sharing your kind words, and believing in this dream.
Six months in, and I’m still so grateful I took the leap.
