In a quaint little building on the corner of Noyac Road & Peconic Bay Ave/Roses Grove Rd (in the North Sea area of Southampton), Pellegrino’s Pizza Bar and Restaurant offers a contemporary spin on the typical Long Island Italian eatery. Owners Brian and Pam Blackburn took over the site in early 2012 and have set out to offer the community a samplin

g of some of the deliciously unique food their family and friends have been enjoying through them, for years. Pam (whose maiden name is Pellegrino) was born and raised in Southampton, while husband and head chef Brian Blackburn, is from Smithtown NY. The couple spent 10 years living in Los Angeles and have finally returned home to the east end of Long Island, where they had always planned on raising their son. Pellegrino’s Pizza Bar is proud to offer two styles of pizza – traditional NY style pies with various toppings for take-out, as well as an eclectic menu of personal sized wood-fire brick oven specialty pizzas for the dining room, created in the traditional Neapolitan style. These will surely inspire an enthusiastic appetite in foodies of all kinds. In addition to the mouth-watering pizza selections, there is also a tasty array of unique Italian influenced small plates and entrees. There is something for everyone on this menu (steak or burger, anyone?). NY style pizza and full menu are available for take-out (excluding wood-fire pizza). Offerings behind the bar include a diverse wine list, made up of carefully selected, local and regional varietals, as well as a range of beer selections (4 on tap) and an assortment of signature cocktails.
