I've been brewing my own beers, ciders and meads since 2011.

After realizing there was a deficiency of quality Mead on the market I decided to open my own Meadery.

Our newest test batch is a green tea Mead made with lemon blossom honey. Very similar to one of our favorites from Groenfell. We want to name it something Tolkien inspired like theirs. Any suggestions?

Sorry, it's been a long time since we posted anything. We've been working on recipes as Covid has stalled out our opening. Hopefully late this year is our new target. We will update you as we know more.

Here's a photo of the last 4 meads we've worked on, with honey all shipped from Hawaii! Thanks to Shawn Darryl Harris for such unique and flavorful honey.

Bottled the batch of Mead made with a portion of our Meadsmith's 2019 honey harvest. It was aged for 3 weeks in a new oak barrel. Gina Catano was supervising as she often does.

Racking some batches of mead and starting a new batch of a particular interest to many. Smoky Jalapeno. We still have to come up with a fitting name for it. Also putting a batch of honey made with our own Meadsmith's bees honey into a barrel for a short aging process. BAM (Barrel Aged Mead) version III will hopefully be as good as the last two.

Our newest batch of Nymph's Kiss (Strawberry Vanilla) cleared out very well. Bottled it for a friend's wedding earlier this month.

Have a new recipe I'm trying this month. Ginger mead! Hopefully it's another hit. We shall see in 3 months.

The brewing space is getting packed. Pictured are Odin's Raven a chocolate mead(About to be bottled), Nymph's Kiss a strawberry vanilla mead, Helya's Fury a Pineapple Habenero mead and Meadgar a traditional mead made from my own bees honey.

Currently called Smoky Jalepeno, or 'SJ'. This batch has been a handful, first I lost nearly a third of it when racking to a new container. Then a plate broke I was using to shim the bottles while corking. I feel it needs a new name.

I am open to suggestions but I've been thinking of a few names as well. Tell me what you think.

Another batch bottled, waiting patiently for things to move along with the Government. Until then we will keep tinkering and creating recipes. This is just Orange Blossom Honey Mead. Look at that color!

It's been a while since we've posted. We will be posting updated on recent batches later today.

We are looking to get some t-shirts printed with the Meadery logo on them. Brown shirts with gold print. Would any one be interested in buying one when we get them made to help fund the start up? If so comment with your preferred size, Small through ###L available.

Bottled a recent Lemonade batch made with Honey we got from a friend. Also have a batch of Nymph's Kiss (Strawberry Vanilla) we just started.

Our facility is nearing completion and we hope to be putting in our labels and recipes in the coming months.

We thank everyone for their patience and support during this long process. We can't wait to open and see everyone enjoying our Mead!

Bottled the meads made with two varities of honey from our Meadsmith's beehive.

We placed last year's fall harvest alongside this year's spring and summer harvests. What a difference a year, or even a month makes.
