Turns out, opening a bottle is faster.

We just don’t think faster always tastes better.

We squeeze the juice for our cocktails right here at Rachel’s because if we’re going to make you a drink, we might as well give a damn about what’s going in it.

Same goes for our mocktails, by the way. Taking the booze out of a cocktail doesn’t magically make it a mocktail. It still deserves the good stuff.

Could we make it easier? Absolutely.
Are we going to? Probably not. 😏

The aspens have officially started doing their thing, which means it’s time for unnecessarily long drives, pulling over every five minutes, dogs hanging their heads out the window, and saying “LOOK AT THAT ONE” approximately 47 times.

Fall in South Fork doesn’t stick around forever.

Then somebody starts dancing. Somebody else pulls you in. And suddenly you're laughing with people whose names you didn't know an hour ago.

We roast our own coffee right here at Rachel's, not because we needed another thing to do around here 😂, but because we're picky about what goes in your cup.

Good coffee shouldn't be something you leave behind when you head for the mountains.
