The New History of “The Country Inn”
The “new” Country Inn Bar and Grill was purchased December 19, 2018 by Bill Fritz as a long term investment in his future. Chef Fritz is a graduate of IUP culinary institute in Pennsylvania. Chef Fritz worked as a chef at the Country Inn for about 3 years before he went on to be executive chef at Ambrosia. After graduating culinary school he went off to start his career in Arizona where he created meals for many celebrities. The Country Inn offers a hometown environment with a family atmosphere. Stop on up and see us for good food, great people, and cold drinks.
