It is priced to sell because it does need some work but considering it has two properties 4 additional lots all equipment plus a 3 way liquor license !!! Update everyone !!!
Let me 1st start by saying and dispel some rumors that I heard this weekend..
We did Not close down!!! We had a fire that destroyed our 1st floor and smoke damage through out! We are going through the insurance process now.
2nd I am selling my house to downsize not moving to Florida. I can not make any decisions regarding the bar until the insurance claim is over! We have plans to remodel and reopen! We have NO timetable until insurance process is finished ! We appreciate the support we have gotten over the past year as well as after the fire!Please squash the rumors, if you didn’t hear it from me then it’s not accurate.

So have not updated in a while only because there is No News insurance is still fighting the process ! I have a good team that we hired and now it’s heading to a court decision in a nutshell that’s what or where we are heading !!!
Very Frustrating wish we were Rocking it out every weekend for our local Talented people plus serving our great food and better people !!!

It’s been over 3 months now that we had an electrical Fire which destroyed the inside of our Main bar! We Still have No Updates it’s very Frustrating to say the least ! We will keep you guys updated the best we can ! We are going to plan some dates for Co****le and some band nights as long as some DJ nights and would like to put together a sat this summer with all original music !!! Keep you posted in the next few wks

I have No updates still on the rebuilding ! I know a lot of our customers are texting or messaging me about what the plan is for this summer and right now I don’t know have a time frame still waiting on the Insurance Company ! I can’t schedule bands or music yet but I am working on a plan for something outside regardless of what the inside bar will look like ! I appreciate everyone concern, patience’s & support !
I will be sure to keep everyone posted & keep you all updated !!!

I know we are getting a lot of questions about re opening or booking bands ! We have no answers right at this moment we are working through the insurance process and keep you posted as we go forward !

Thank you to the South Bend Firefighters who quickly responded and contained/ put out the fire fast! We will keep you all updated as we address the damages .
