FUNGI but make it FUNKY!
Mushroom Fest is coming to Bow Market, and we’ve got a special little brew for the occasion.
Our Brett Saison spent 3 months maturing in one of our tiny 2 bbl tanks, with the final weeks on a blend of locally harvested and Pacific Northwest dried chanterelles. The result? Earthy, funky, ultra-drinkable, with a little apricot fruitiness for good measure.
It’s the second time we’ve brewed this one, and we’re bringing it back just in time for a full day of fungi, food, vendors, and retail specials at Bow Market.

Available today at the brewery only!

Before hop growing became synonymous with the Pacific Northwest, they were being grown right here in New England.
Vestige is our little nod to that history.
Every year, Charlie grows a handful of hop varietals in his backyard, and when harvest time comes, our crew picks them by hand and brings them back to the brewery.
This year, we also picked homegrown hops in Wilmington and Somerville to add to the bounty. Big thanks to Hoptown 01887 for helping us grow the harvest! 👏
The result is a 100% homegrown-hopped harvest saison brewed with Cascade, Fuggle, Comet, Cashmere & Hallertau. A once-a-year b**r and little piece of brewing history. ON TAP TODAY AT BOTH LOCATIONS Remnant Satellite: Events & Live Music!
