The Savoy Night The Savoy Night is a vintage-inspired and immersive experience featuring the finest live music, dancing, and more.

We are an inclusive, welcoming, and a safe destination for music fans and dancers alike. The name carries a tribute to the Savoy Ballroom of pre-WWII Harlem (itself named after a luxury hotel in London, and the namesake of a number of other "Savoy"s, including one here in Boston). It was an amazing place for several reasons: It was the only racially integrated ballroom of its time; it was the main incubator for the type of swing dancing known as Lindy Hop, now practiced all around the world; and more than a few of our musical heroes blossomed there, including Chick Webb and Ella Fitzgerald. We hope that the name will inspire our patrons to learn more about the Savoy Ballroom and the art created there. Proceeds from ticket sales go to the American Big Band Preservation Society, which is dedicated to preserving, promoting, and performing the sounds and history of the Big Bands.
