China Lake is Open again. Feels like I've worked a 40 hour week just to get the restaurant open. Please have some patience as we work to get more parking spaces cleared and get fully staffed again. Thank you and hope to see everyone soon.

2.8.26: It's Super Bowl Sunday. Will history repeat again with the New England Patriots winning against the Seattle Seahawks? Drake Mayes can make history and become the youngest quarterback to win a superbowl. As usual China Lake will be closing at 7 PM tonight and will resume regular business hours on Tuesday. Enjoy the game! Go Pats!!!

Happy new year. 🎊🎆🎈 We will be open for dine in and takeout today. Thank you all for your patience and support. It was tough waking up today to shovel for work but we are open for business as usual. Cheers to a better 2026.

Holy cow. Christmas is less than a week away. Sorry for the delayed posting. Life just seems to pass by so fast as we get older.

China Lake will be TAKEOUT ONLY on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. The dining room will be open on New Year's Day.

Holiday Hours of operation:

Christmas Eve - 11:30 AM to 7:45 PM (takeout only)
Christmas Day - CLOSED

New Year's Eve -11:30 AM to 7:45 PM (takeout only)
New Year's Day - 11:30 AM to 7:45 PM (dine in and takeout)
