Fresh on tap, Juice Buzz, our columbus dry hopped hazy IPA with fresh light roasted Kenyan single origin coffee. 7.5% abv, lots of juicy hop flavor complimented with soft berries and citrus.

We're also coming out with some new beers, a mango IPA, a coffee IPA, a new batch of our hibiscus and lemonade berry wild sour, and the second batch of our wild strawberry sour! Pics coming soon!

What would you rather have with your coffee, rum or bourbon? We decided to soak fresh roasted beans in both, separately, and add one to our latest stout, Frankenstein's monster. Coffee good. Rum coffee better...

My favorite kind of "latte"... Fresh batch of pure awesome stout boiling away. Half of this one will be finished with bourbon soaked coffee, hazelnuts, vanilla, and cocoa nibs (everything will be bourbon soaked). The other half is fermenting on wild yeast and strawberries, and I'll be adding more strawberries and cocoa nibs to it. Cheers!

Sours are here! We've got some refreshingly tart beers just going on tap now.
The DeLorean, a mosaic and el dorado dry hop sour pale ale, and has punchy bright citrus and tropical fruit flavors. Very refreshing on a hot day in the sun!
Strawburied is a sour strawberry ale, wild fermented with wild yeast from Oregon, Indiana, and Ohio (cultured from wild strawberries) with nearly a pound of strawberries per gallon! It's a fruit bomb with juicy strawberry flavor and a little tartness. Not too sweet, not too sour, but tons of strawberry!
Pictured is Strawburied being transferred to a keg, then a belgian style pale ale being transferred to the strawberries and yeast for conditioning.

Hey everybody! New beers!

This murky mess is actually going to be a tasty sour beer! Tropical fruit salad, fermenting away right now with guava, mango, loquat, and wild strawberries!

We've got a couple other sours working their way on tap soon, too. There will be two coming up soon, berry wild, brewed with wild strawberries from ohio, and a citrus sour, in the next couple weeks. Cheers!!

Still unnamed sour cherry apricot sour ale for Nicole's 30th, anyone have any suggestions??

Rare bottle share tonight! Full access to the BFB cellar! Everybody who comes through gets to pick a beer from the cellar archive, which contains some 3-4 year old beers. Starts tonight, April 1st, at 9pm!! (No foolin!)

Time to clear the cellars! QC'd a couple older batches, which have aged nicely. Looking forward to a brown sugar carmel pear belgian strong ale.
Also coming soon: apricot saison (made with fresh frozen apricots) and some funky belgian lemonade!

Homebrewed ginger beer, with citrus and honey. Tasty stuff. Going to try some other homemade sodas, anyone know any good recipes?
