Our great wine list is supported by a fine selection of local and international beers and a full bar from which we craft excellent cocktails nightly. What makes the difference though is our food - not the usual wine bar fare but a full menu featuring everything from Three Topping Crostini to a fine Duck Breast in a Port blue Cheese sauce- brought to you by Chef Michele Marsala.

We are very happy to announce that we have fully switched to Gluten Free Soy Sauce, so, as of last night, our Coconut Curry Shrimp and Sesame Chicken Salad are now another option available for those who are Gluten Free.

Many of our dishes are always prepared Gluten Free, please check with your server.
We will do anything we can to accommodate your needs.

It is with much regret that I have to announce that Friday January 31st (yes, just two days from now) will be our last day running Uncorked. It has been a fun 33 months and we've thoroughly enjoyed working to make Uncorked a great place to come for a great meal and a nice adult beverage.
Running a restaurant isn't an easy business and with other time commitments (both current and looming in the near future) it was time to relinquish the reigns to someone who can give Uncorked the time and effort required to make it an even better place for you to frequent. Chris and Tracey, who will be your Proprietors come Saturday, are truly exited to be taking over Uncorked and can't wait to meet all of you.
It was a blast, we enjoyed serving you and we know you (and we) will continue to have many great experiences at Uncorked.
We wish you all well - thank you profusely for your support - and hope to see you at the bar.
