I am a day late posting this, but it is still worth the listen. For all those interested in Irish history (or not) the Kilmainham Gaol tour should to be on your itinerary when visiting Dublin. It is beautifully done and a great tribute to all who fought for Ireland’s independence.

We had such a great evening with Cian from Drumshanbo!

From staff training, to private event for our Whiskey VIPs, to an open format with Cian making his creations for the restaurant guests, we kept him busy! It was a blast though!

The amount of knowledge shared about the spirits, botanicals, and distilling process was incredible. I am so grateful for the time, generosity, and expertise he shared with our team and guests. It was impressive and such a memorable night! Thank you to everyone who came out and tasted along with us.

Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin

Awesome tasting event and cheesy photo alert, but I could not help myself!

Drumshanbo gin, whiskey, and vodka tasting!
Tonight 6-8pm

These are some photos from our time at The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, Ireland, a couple of years ago. They make gin, vodka, and whiskeys and are hands down one of our favorite producers.

Drumshanbo is definitely off the beaten path, but it was worth the trek. They do not allow photos on the tour, so these are from the shop, bar area, and outside. It was one of my favorite distillery tours to date and our photos do not do it justice. If you are ever in Ireland, I highly recommend taking the detour to visit The Shed Distillery.

Tonight, we are offering a little “taste” of that experience right here in our own pub! Drumshanbo’s Head Mixologist, Cian Wrynne, will be in from 6 to 8pm to answer questions and pour some of his creations. We have great specials on the brand tonight only, so whether you are already a fan or just curious, tonight is for you!
