It’s the BEST time of year – Fresh Hop Season! 💚 Hop harvest season is in full swing in the Yakima Valley, and we are so excited to be brewing three different styles to celebrate this year’s harvest.

Being close to the Hop Capital of the World allows us to partner with countless amazing farms and brew specialty b**rs that showcase different fresh hop varieties, with hops going directly from the fields to the brewhouse in a matter of hours. On top of that, with both of our taprooms en route to this area, we get to meet people from all over the world traveling to partake in the magic of fresh hop season. ✨
🚨RELEASE #1: Pilsner Fresh Hop – Highlighting Mosaic hops from Yakima Chief Hops this refreshingly crisp Pilsner boasts an honest bitterness, bursting with crisp tropical, berry, citrus, and stone fruit aromas, backed by a delightful dankness and vegetal undertone. 💚
Now available at both taprooms, on draft and in cans, and at select accounts in WA state for a limited time.
🚨RELEASE #2: West Coast IPA Fresh Hop – Featuring Simcoe fresh hops from Perrault Farms Inc. this rich and full-bodied ale is packed with citrus and woody aromas. We expect it to have a robust bitterness, with an undeniable freshness and refreshing finish.🍺
Estimated release date: Friday, September 18th. Available in both taprooms, on tap and in cans, as well as at select accounts across WA state, for a limited time.
🚨RELEASE #3: Imperial IPA Fresh Hop – Featuring (harvest-dependent) fresh hops from Yakima Chief Ranches we will be brewing this big-hitting and hefty ale with our friends from Browns Point Homebrew Club & Redd Dog Brewing Company . We expect it to be jam-packed with punchy hop aromas, and balanced by a rich yet crisp finish. 🌱
