Ok..so I confess I am obsessed with the character of Villanelle from the BBC series Killing Eve. British actress Jodie Comer brought my favorite female assassin to life. The Stillwater Tiki Bar wants to honor this iconic woman with her very own original cocktail. Villianelle loved champagne. (Hence the champagne glass lol.) Jodie Comer's drink of choice is gin ...the Tiki Bar proudly presents the Villanelle!
1 oz sangria
2oz gin
Splash of Lemon juice, Grenadine, and Simple syrup to your taste
Served over ice in a champagne flute.
I loved that before stirring the red and white colors stayed separate..after shaking the glass slightly the color blended with a blood swirl effect..after stirring the drink turns into a blood red,sweet ,tart delicious cocktail!

The Tiki Bar recommends an "iceberg coaster" to keep your sangria chilled.

We are naming this cocktail the "Titanic" since an iceberg of ice is needed to make this drink perfect. It's soco, Triple sec, grenadine and a splash of lemon lime soda. It is a sweet and sour sensation to help you endure the 1st blizzard of 2022!
