The Discovery of the True I.P.A. – Brewed in Slippery Rock, PA

Long before craft beer was a movement, the British were perfecting a beer built for the long journey to India. To help preserve it during the months-long voyage, they packed extra hops into oak barrels — unintentionally creating what we now know as the India Pale Ale.

Right here in Slippery Rock, we’ve brewed our IPA in that same English tradition. Dry-hopped for a bold, aromatic character, this ale delivers layered hop notes that rise from the glass and travel straight to your senses before it ever reaches your lips.
