Thank you Sisters for a great reopening last weekend! Much appreciated. This weekend we are open Friday through Monday 4:30-7:00. Awesome...after three months...we are open for indoor dining, outside dining and to go! This weekend we will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday 4:30-6:30. Reservations highly recommended. I am sold out for Sunday, but will offer to go. Next week I will post additional information for updated hours and evenings that we are open. Thank you Sisters for your continued support.

Chops Bistro is open for outdoor dining and to go orders Friday and Saturday 4:30-6:30. Also, next holiday weekend we will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday for Valentine's Day. Chops Bistro will be offering outside dining and takeout Saturday 4-6:30 pm. Unfortunately, I am reduced to takeout on Thursday, due to booked reservations. I still have some tables left on Saturday. Chops Bistro will be closed for the next two weeks due to a statewide freeze on all restaurants and bars. We will, however, be offering take out on Thanksgiving Day from 3:00-6:00. Menu will be limited to a Traditional Turkey Dinner, Prime Rib and Steelhead. Dessert will be offered as well. All orders would be appreciated as soon as possible. The restaurant # is 541-549-6015 or I can be reached by cell @ 732-998-1253.
We will also offer take out on Friday, November 27th from 4:30-6:30 with a limited menu to be determined.
As always...thank you for your continued support during a very difficult time for all!
