Jepp here. After spending so much time in the industry, it naturally gets harder and harder to impress me with a beer that stands out anymore. Well, today I can say this one more than deserves me breaking the 4th wall. Introducing: The Drowsing Saint, a 9.7%ABV, 22IBU, Belgian-style Tripel. This big beautiful Belgian boasts a typical farmhouse funk with banana, clove, and honey dominating the profile. Well done Gage!
