The menu is finalized, the wines are selected, and we're keeping our fingers crossed for a little sunshine on June 3.

Our Summer Patio Dinner is inspired by summer travel, world wines, this year's World Cup, and the 50th anniversary of the historic Judgment of Paris. |

Beginning with a 6:00PM social hour followed by dinner at 6:30PM, we're hoping for patio weather, but if the forecast has other plans, we'll simply move the dinner indoors and carry on.

Summer begins June 3rd at Parker’s Bistro.

Today’s a good reminder that so much of what ends up on the table begins with pollinators.

From herbs and microgreens, to fruit, coffee, honey, and the locally grown flowers at every table, bees quietly help with so many of the ingredients we enjoy every day. (This also felt like a good excuse to sort through the photo archives a bit.)
