We’re incredibly proud to recognize Woody's staff for earning a 100% on our health inspection.

That score doesn’t happen by accident. It takes consistency, attention to detail, teamwork, and a crew that takes real pride in keeping a clean, safe kitchen every single day. To show our appreciation, each of these hardworking employees received a $100 cash bonus. They earned every dollar of it!

We’re also proud of what comes out of that kitchen. We make our food in-house from real ingredients rather than simply heating and serving ready-to-eat products straight from a distributor. We bring in ingredients—not finished meals.

We also fry exclusively in 100% beef tallow, chosen for its traditional flavor, crisp texture, and performance at frying temperatures. It’s one more example of our commitment to doing things our way and refusing to take the easiest shortcut.
