We joined our friends at woodgrainbrew in Sioux Falls to brew something special for Woodgrain’s LagerFest on August 9th. We brewed a crisp French Pilsner with Strisselspalt and Barbe Rogue hops.
We’re excited for this lager!

Our version of a Mexican Style Lager, Mardelo, is an easy drinking light lager brewed with 2 row barley & maize. Expect a crisp refreshing lager with light flavor and aroma of fresh lime zest, all from from the hops we used during the brewing process.

We took our fan favorite Mardelo and gave it a perfect summer twist. We hand-zested limes for hours to add to this beer. The result is a burst of fresh lime zest that complements this crisp 4.9% ABV Mexican lager. Perfect for sipping in the summer heat, this beer is your go-to for pool days, BBQs, and chill patio vibes.

💸 Smell of Money – Riwaka 8% ABV Double Hazy IPA. A fan favorite returns showcasing one of our favorite hops from New Zealand. We hit this one with a heavy dry hop addition of Riwaka bringing bright tropical fruit, citrus, and dank aromatics. If you loved it before, it’s back and tasting better than ever.

🔮 Future Trend Vol. 8
6.8% ABV Hazy IPA The newest release in our experimental Future Trend series — where we explore new techniques and ingredients. This Hazy IPA is dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Motueka, and Anchovy hops for a burst of fresh hop aroma and flavor and a soft hazy finish.
