You ever have a brew day where everything seems to go right?

The “Big Dippa” Hazy IPa is a product of a flawless brew day, which are fairly rare around here.

Dip-hopped with Mosaic Incognito, Idaho 7, and Cryo Citra and double dry-hopped with Cryo Citra, Cryo Krush, Mosaic, and Quantum Amarillo by Abstrax.

Comes out at 7.6%.

Unfortunately no cans to go at the moment but that will change when our new keg and cooler system is back online. 🍻

Just a quick update and apology for the limited tap beer selection this week.
The flood in our basement unfortunately took out our walk-in cooler compressor, so we’re currently waiting for the replacement unit to arrive and be installed.

We’re doing everything we can to get things back to normal as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this unexpected setback. Thanks for sticking with us, and we’ll be pouring a full lineup again soon.

We brewed a special beer for our friends Chris Ziegler and Tam Le who will be getting married this August. 🍻

Chris has been a homebrewer for years and wanted his (and friend James Herrmann) beer served at the wedding. We brewed their Czech lager yesterday to make sure it’s ready for their big day.
