It is with deep sadness that we at Lili’s Dam Tavern announce the passing of our dear friend and patron, Mr. Vick Nozzi. Vick touched everyone he met with his humor, warmth, kindness, and willingness to help others.

A talented craftsman, Vick served for many years as lead technician on the Mill Dam Resorts maintenance team. He was a proud Vietnam veteran who wore his uniform to the tavern each Memorial Day morning to raise a beer in honor of his fallen comrades. He was also an accomplished musician who played several instruments, sang, and helped others learn. He was especially known for playing his guitars upside down. Vick also played a key role in launching and growing the Sunday Jams at Lili’s.

Vick will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and the Sunday Jams at Lili’s Dam Tavern will never be the same without him.

The current plan for Lili's Dam Tavern is to stay open today until 5 pm weather permitting. Thursday opening will be based strictly on weather conditions.
