Dear Amigos,

After over a decade of being a part of this community and your families, it is with immense sadness in our hearts but hopes of a much brighter future to come, that unfortunately Pollo Mex has closed its doors.

We wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who have supported us throughout these 12 amazing years. We have so many great memories that we will always keep in our hearts, and it has been a pleasure to be part of your memories all these years.

Thanks to you we built an amazing space to share food, long lasting friendships, laughs and love. We realize how lucky we are to have been graced by your love and support.

From our families to yours “Thank you” and we will be sure to let you know where our new adventures take us.
