I should not have to explain myself nor my Business but I feel it is necessary at this point.
Brittney Brown (BB) continues to post and does not have the gall to allow me to see what is being posted and to allow me to respond to her post, which if you can not post for everyone to see then you have no merit and that make you a shady and sneaking person that likes to try and hurt people and there businesses to look bad and make you be the victim.
So, my response to this post is: Yes, we attempted to contact BB's dad Tracy Brown to try and talk with him and explain thing to help stop BB from continuing to make this untrue and ridiculous post.
Yes, we will take beer or wine coolers to the house, but I am the owner and I have paid for them and they are taken out of inventory, that is why you see the tally mark so they can be accounted for, so yes, the beer that is rang up does not match the inventory and the inventory is truly short and I have the sheets to prove it. And trust me we have the money to run the business unlike BB's comments.
Yes, we have accepted very few Cash App payments recently due to the bar being broke into and the ATM destroyed and some would come in not realizing we are a cash only bar with no ATM and yes that beer was account for while performing inventory.
And about BB saying I go to Sam's Club and purchase beer is a flat out lie, I have all the receipts from Del Papa and Gigilo to prove may beer and wine purchases. What is purchased from Sam's is, soda's, water, popcorn, Nacho cheese, jalapeno's, cleaning supply's, toiled paper and paper towels. I have those receipts as well for proof.
Yes, voices and been raised due to BB not following direction after she had been told numerous time. BB has been told not to run a tab and she would continue to do so, someone was not allowed to come into the bar and she let him anyway and I happen to see him on the cameras, her excuse for him being in there was he needed to use her phone to call for ride, which is not my problem and instead of him leaving she allowed him to out to the back pavilion area and BB followed him leaving my bar unattended for approximately 5 minutes. So, yes she was yelled at but never cursed at or bullied. BB was paid to do a job but was failing in doing so. I believe if BB was working for anyone else she would not have had the job as long as she did. We do not owe BB any money, BB has been paid for every shift she has worked.
As for as BB being fired, she was not, Michael Hanna was contacted at 9PM Tuesday evening and BB informed him she would not be opening the bar Wednesday. Michael Hanna asked BB for the key and she refused to meet up with him to get the key to open Wednesday, We are transitioning for Michael Hanne to take the Bar over, so he had every right to request the key and BB knows this. I was contacted by Michael Hanna in regards to BB not opening Wednesday, I called to ask why she was not opening the bar Wednesday and all I got was what everyone else was doing wrong, I was in Colorado and was not planning to head back and be in town until Thursday but we had to pack everything up and head back in order to open the bar on time for Wednesday. And yes, at that point I did tell her do not show up to the bar, I am leaving Colorado and I will open the bar and I need to have my key returned. So in my eyes it appears BB quit while talking with Michael Hanna, So she quit rather than be fired.
As for as the bar d**g anything illegal, not really sure what BB is talking about, we buy from the distributor, file our sales and TABC with the Comp controller, and with BB saying we skim money from the jukebox, we have no access to the jukebox, gaming machine has a hard drive and when Trey comes up he knows exactly how much money has been put in and ticket that have came out. So Brittney Brown continue with you negative post and you will be having charges filed for slander, defamation and sabotage of our character and Business.
