I am not even going to apologize for this post. I have had it with the way people are driving. It is dangerous and someone is going to get hurt or even killed.

There are STOP signs here at Dickson and Chicago Streets. I’m not talking about the ones doing a “California stop”, I’m talking about the ones who completely blow the stop signs. 40-50-60 mph and some faster. I have 33 videos from the past few months of vehicles of all kinds blowing the stop signs. Local and non-local vehicles.

Today I took out the garbage and was almost hit by a minivan who decided to fly through our parking lot to avoid the stop sign and get ahead of the semi that was turning right (west).

Parents please teach your kids that a bicycle needs to follow the laws of the road. They too are blowing the stop signs and I’ve shown a few of them some of the videos of vehicles not stopping.

PLEASE stop at the stop signs before someone is hurt or killed. PLEASE slow down. It’s not a ticket I’m worried about it is someone’s life.
